If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund, less all shipping and handling charges, within 15 days of receipt.  Please contact customerservice@coffindafferstudio.com regarding your return in advance of shipment.  

Returned merchandise must be packed as shipped in complete original packaging and received back to our location in original and undamaged condition for a full refund.  Due to the fragile nature of our products extreme care must be taken with packaging.  We are not responsible for returned merchandise that arrives damaged.  In such cases, any merchandise refund must be resolved with the return shipper.
